Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff.
- Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned to our high standards.
- Manage inventory and supplies.
- Handle guest requests and resolve any issues promptly.
- Train and develop housekeeping team members.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in hospitality management preferred.
- Proven experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages a plus.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
