Join Luxury Inn & Suites as our Front Desk Manager and lead our dedicated team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. We're seeking a passionate professional with a proven track record in hospitality to manage our 24/7 front desk operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Supervise and train front desk agents to deliver outstanding guest service.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare and review daily reports, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in implementing and monitoring safety and security protocols.
- Collaborate with management to achieve departmental goals and improve processes.
- Handle guest complaints and feedback professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar role in a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS) and Opera preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in hospitality management preferred.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
