Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily front desk operations and ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes.
- Supervise and train front desk agents, providing guidance and support.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an upscale hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in hotel property management systems (PMS).
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in hospitality management preferred.
