Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee tax planning, compliance, and consulting services for a diverse client base.
- Manage and mentor staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Stay up-to-date with tax law changes and communicate implications to clients and staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive financial services to clients.
- Prepare and review tax returns, and provide tax planning and consulting services.
- Attend to client needs and build strong, lasting relationships.
- Participate in business development efforts to grow the tax practice.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- CPA license required.
- Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on tax.
- Proven leadership and management skills.
- Strong technical skills in tax research, planning, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
