Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations.
- Prepare and review financial statements.

- Supervise and mentor junior accountants.
- Collaborate with external auditors and tax professionals.
- Implement and maintain internal controls.
- Stay updated on accounting standards and best practices.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or CMA certification preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
- Proficient in GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
- Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
