Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review financial statements
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes
- Supervise accounting staff and interns
- Collaborate with external auditors
- Implement and maintain internal controls
- Stay updated with accounting standards and best practices
- Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making
- Assist in special projects as needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA certification or progress towards it
- 7+ years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior role
- Proficient in GAAP and IFRS
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
