Join our dynamic team as a Seasonal Customer Service Representative! This is a temporary position starting in October and lasting through January. You'll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a fantastic holiday shopping experience.

- Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and returns
- Provide product information and answer customer inquiries

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Fluency in English; bilingualism a plus
