- Lead and coordinate interview panels.
- Develop and ask insightful interview questions.
- Evaluate candidates' technical and cultural fit.
- Provide constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define job roles and requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in interviewing.
- Mentor and coach other interviewers.
- Contribute to our diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in interviewing and hiring, preferably at a senior level.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and provide clear, concise feedback.
- Experience with structured interviewing techniques.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications in interviewing or related fields are a plus.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
