- Develop and execute SEO strategies to attract top talent.
- Source and engage with passive candidates using various channels.
- Conduct phone and on-site interviews, assessing technical and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide recruitment insights.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job description to offer negotiation.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize our processes continuously.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical recruitment or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience using SEO tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean logic.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with recruitment metrics and analytics.
