Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing day-to-day relationships and ensuring client needs are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are understood and met.
- Proactively identify and mitigate potential client issues, escalating when necessary.
- Prepare and deliver regular client reports on progress, performance, and recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of customer success best practices and processes.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in customer success, account management, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with enterprise-level clients is a plus.
