Kualifikasi

- Strong knowledge of career development theories and best practices.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and career management software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Certification as a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) or similar.
- Experience with remote work and virtual platforms.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
