Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous customer support experience preferred.
- Strong typing skills and proficiency in MS Office.
- Access to a reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
- Available to work overnight shifts (10pm - 6am EST).
