Kualifikasi

- 5+ years of HR experience, remote work experience preferred.
- Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in HRIS and ATS systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Certification as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP is a plus.
