- Assist with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations.

- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while handling difficult customers.
- Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in the airline industry.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with CRM software.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
- Ability to pass a background check and comply with security regulations.
