Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound customer calls, emails, and chats regarding technical issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems with patience and accuracy.
- Walk customers through step-by-step solutions and provide clear instructions.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and improve processes.
- Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CSAT scores and resolution rates.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in a related field preferred.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a tech-related industry.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with remote work tools and CRM software.
- Proficiency in English; bilingualism is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
