- Document and track customer interactions using our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with our technical team to escalate complex issues.
- Meet and exceed our performance metrics, including CSAT scores.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven customer service experience, preferably in a technical environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a knack for troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using computers and multiple software applications.
- Ability to work in a remote environment with a stable internet connection.
