Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound calls from customers, providing product information, troubleshooting issues, and processing orders.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive team culture.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven customer service or sales experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for staying calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to type at least 40 WPM.
