Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound calls from customers, providing support and assistance with our products and services.
- Actively listen to customer needs and provide tailored solutions to resolve issues.
- Upsell and cross-sell products and services to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Document call details and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
