Tanggung Jawab
- Assess clients' abilities, skills, and interests to determine employment goals.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Coordinate with medical professionals, employers, and other stakeholders to facilitate clients' return to work.
- Provide job placement assistance, including resume development, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
- Evaluate clients' progress and modify rehabilitation plans as needed.
- Document services provided and maintain accurate client records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care.
- Attend professional development workshops and conferences to stay current with industry best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Vocational Rehabilitation, or a related field.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Rehabilitation Counselor.
- Proven experience in vocational rehabilitation, case management, or related field.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
