Join our dynamic team as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor! We're seeking a dedicated professional to help individuals with disabilities or barriers to employment achieve their vocational goals.
Tanggung Jawab
- Assess clients' abilities, interests, and skills.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Coordinate with employers to create job placements.
- Provide ongoing support to clients and employers.
- Document progress and maintain client records.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Travel to meet clients and attend job sites as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Vocational Rehabilitation, or a related field.
- Current CRC or CCM certification preferred.
- Proven experience in vocational rehabilitation.
- Strong assessment, planning, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of local labor market and community resources.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Bilingual skills in Spanish preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and manage caseloads.
