Tanggung Jawab
- Assess clients' vocational skills, interests, and abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans.
- Provide career counseling, job placement assistance, and supported employment services.
- Collaborate with employers to create inclusive work environments.
- Monitor clients' progress and modify plans as needed.
- Document services provided and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in community outreach and networking events.
- Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic client care.
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling, Vocational Rehabilitation, or a related field.
- Valid state license or certification as a Rehabilitation Counselor (if required).
- Proven experience in vocational rehabilitation, case management, or related field.
- Strong assessment, counseling, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local vocational rehabilitation programs.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records systems.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills preferred.
