Tanggung Jawab
- Provide spiritual and emotional support to patients and families
- Facilitate religious services and sacraments
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address patient needs
- Maintain patient records and documentation
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Provide bereavement support
- Coordinate volunteer programs
- Promote spiritual well-being initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Divinity, Theology, or a related field
- Board certification in chaplaincy preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in spiritual care or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Fluency in Spanish preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
