- Collaborate with the team to define job requirements and job descriptions.
- Negotiate job offers and handle onboarding.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and tech industry news.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in SEO and technical recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with the tech industry and its trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Certifications from Google Analytics and/or other SEO platforms are a plus.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
