- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve our online presence.
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Analyze and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics.
- Source, engage, and hire top tech talent using various recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone and in-person interviews, and make hiring recommendations.
- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and recruitment agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment insights.
- Stay up-to-date with SEO best practices and industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in SEO and technical recruitment.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and job boards.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certifications from Google Analytics and/or other SEO platforms are a plus.
- Experience with Boolean logic and sourcing tools.
