Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility and organic traffic.
- Source, engage, and hire top technical talent using modern recruitment techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand hiring needs and create compelling job descriptions.
- Analyze and report on SEO performance and recruitment metrics.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in SEO and recruitment.
- Contribute to our company blog with SEO-optimized content.
- Participate in on-site and virtual events to represent TechHire Inc.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in SEO (minimum 3 years) and technical recruitment (minimum 2 years).
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Familiarity with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics) and ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience with cover note examples is a plus.
