We are seeking a Senior Web Developer to join our team and help us improve and maintain our government websites. This role involves creating, updating, and optimizing our web platforms to ensure they are user-friendly, accessible, and secure.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and maintain government websites using modern web development frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality web solutions.
- Optimize website performance, ensuring fast loading speeds and responsiveness.
- Implement accessibility features to meet WCAG 2.1 standards.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay up-to-date with web development best practices and emerging technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in web development, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Familiarity with government web standards and Section 508 accessibility guidelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
