Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent.
- Conduct phone screens, on-site interviews, and assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes.
- Optimize our career site and job postings for SEO to increase traffic and applications.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance to make data-driven decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and SEO.
- Mentor and train junior recruiters on SEO best practices.
- Partner with marketing to ensure consistent branding across job postings and career site.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical recruitment and SEO.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and SEO strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), SEO tools, and recruitment software.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO platforms.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
