- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier tech talent.
- Conduct in-depth interviews, using your technical acumen to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit.
- Optimize our careers page and job listings for search engines to increase traffic and applications.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling job ads and employer branding content.
- Analyze recruitment and SEO metrics to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in technical recruitment and SEO.
- Mentor junior recruiters and share your expertise to build a high-performing team.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and fill open positions efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical recruitment, with a strong understanding of software development and related fields.
- Demonstrable SEO experience, with a solid grasp of on-page optimization, keyword research, and link building.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with proficiency in using recruitment and SEO tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Marketing, or a technical discipline.
- Certifications in recruitment (e.g., CIR, CSP) and/or SEO (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) are a plus.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Familiarity with the San Francisco Bay Area tech scene is a plus.
