- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent.
- Conduct phone screens, technical interviews, and assessments.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and interview processes.
- Optimize our job postings and career pages for search engines.
- Analyze SEO performance and report on key metrics.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and SEO.
- Mentor and train junior recruiters and SEO specialists.
- Contribute to our company blog with thought leadership articles.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in technical recruitment and SEO (5+ years).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of full-stack development and tech industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and SEO tools.
- Experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Certified Recruitment Specialist (CRS) or similar certification is a plus.
