- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' technical competencies.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and analytics to stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in both recruitment and SEO.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (5+ years) in technical recruitment and SEO.
- Strong understanding of full-stack web development and SEO strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and SEO tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field.
