Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top tech talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Conduct phone screens, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates.
- Optimize our careers site and job postings for SEO to increase visibility.
- Analyze SEO performance and make data-driven decisions to improve our rankings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and SEO.
- Mentor and coach junior recruiters on the team.
- Partner with our marketing team to create compelling job descriptions and employer branding content.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in full-cycle technical recruitment (5+ years).
- Demonstrable SEO experience and a solid understanding of SEO best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Certified Recruitment Specialist (CRS) or similar certification is a plus.
