Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in software development, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
