- Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and maintainable software.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to our engineering best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and tools.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and contribute to our on-call rotation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) as a Software Developer, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Expertise in one or more programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
