Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve our job listings' visibility.
- Source, engage, and hire top technical talent for our growing team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define job requirements and evaluate candidates.
- Analyze SEO performance metrics and optimize our strategy accordingly.
- Create engaging job descriptions and optimize them for search engines.
- Participate in industry events and online forums to network and attract passive candidates.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and tools.
- Manage our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and improve our hiring process.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in both SEO and technical recruiting (5+ years).
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in Boolean logic and various sourcing channels.
- Familiarity with the tech industry and its trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Certified SEO Specialist or similar certification is a plus.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
