Kualifikasi

- Excellent sourcing and screening skills, with a knack for finding top tech talent.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
