- Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and recruitment agencies.
- Create and optimize job postings to attract top talent.
- Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and tools.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment metrics and KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in SEO and technical recruitment (5+ years).
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Familiarity with programming languages and tech industry trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Certified Recruitment Specialist (CRS) or similar certification is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
