Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve our website's visibility and organic traffic.
- Conduct full-cycle technical recruitment, from sourcing to closing.
- Collaborate with our marketing and engineering teams to create compelling job descriptions.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and optimize our hiring funnel.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and best practices.
- Participate in industry events and represent TechTalent Inc. as a thought leader.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO and technical recruiting.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Boolean logic and sourcing strategies.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
