We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team in Charlotte, NC. This role involves developing, implementing, and managing SEO strategies to improve our clients' online visibility and organic traffic.
Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization.
- Develop and execute link-building strategies.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.
- Provide regular reports on SEO progress to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to improve overall SEO strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience (5+ years) in SEO, with at least 3 years in a senior role.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, link building, and technical SEO.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Certification from SEO platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) is a plus.
