Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
- Coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Ensure project milestones are met and quality standards are maintained.
- Manage project resources and allocate materials and labor.
- Prepare and review project reports, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Troubleshoot issues and find creative solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to identify areas of improvement.
- Ensure project profitability and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera).
- Certifications such as PMP, LEED, or CCM are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.
- Familiarity with local construction codes and regulations.
