Tanggung Jawab
- Define product vision and strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitive landscape.
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs.
- Work with engineering teams to define product requirements and ensure delivery.
- Launch products and features, measuring and analyzing their success.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create go-to-market strategies.
- Manage product P&L and ensure products meet financial targets.
- Mentor and develop junior product managers.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of launching successful products.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with automotive industry trends and technologies.
