- Stay up-to-date with the latest eLearning trends and tools, and incorporate them into course design.
- Conduct regular course reviews and updates to maintain relevance and accuracy.
- Mentor junior course developers and contribute to our team's growth and development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in online course development, with a strong portfolio of successful courses.
- Expertise in Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar authoring tools.
- Strong understanding of learning management systems (LMS) and learning analytics.
- Excellent communication, project management, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for lifelong learning and staying current with industry trends.
