We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Methodist Minister to join our growing team at Grace Methodist Church. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to the Methodist faith and a proven track record of effective ministry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead weekly worship services and administer the sacraments.
- Provide spiritual guidance and counseling to church members.
- Oversee the church's outreach and mission programs.
- Collaborate with the church staff and committees to plan and implement programs and events.
- Visit members and families in homes, hospitals, and nursing homes.
- Preach and teach the Word of God in a clear and compelling manner.
- Administer the day-to-day operations of the church.
- Provide leadership and vision for the church's future growth and development.
Kualifikasi
- A Master of Divinity degree from an accredited seminary.
- A minimum of five years of experience in ministry, with at least three years in a senior pastor role.
- Ordained or eligible for ordination in the United Methodist Church.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of people.
- Demonstrated success in growing and developing a church congregation.
- Familiarity with the United Methodist Church's Book of Discipline and its policies.
- Ability to preach and teach the Word of God in a clear and compelling manner.
