Tanggung Jawab
- Assign appropriate codes to diagnoses and procedures using ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes.
- Review and audit charts for accurate coding and ensure compliance with payer guidelines.
- Provide training and guidance to junior coders.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in coding guidelines and regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field.
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in medical coding.
- Proficient in medical terminology and anatomy.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Proficient in medical coding software and systems.
