Tanggung Jawab
- Assess and treat various types of wounds using evidence-based protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Educate patients and families on wound care management.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and in-service training.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Active LPN license in the state of New York.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in wound care or related field.
- Current BLS certification.
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
