Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in technical interviewing, preferably in a fast-paced tech environment.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience with interview automation tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with SQL and Python is a plus.
- Passion for helping others learn and grow.
