Join Urban Design Associates as our Senior City Planner, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of New York City. We're seeking a dynamic, experienced professional to lead our planning team in creating sustainable, livable, and vibrant urban spaces.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead planning projects from inception to completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including city officials, community members, and developers.
- Prepare and present planning reports, recommendations, and findings.
- Stay updated on urban planning trends and best practices.
- Mentor junior planners and contribute to our team's professional development.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Represent the company at public meetings and events.
Kualifikasi
- Master's degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in urban planning, with at least 5 years in a senior role.
- Licensed as a Professional Planner (AICP) or eligible for licensure.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience with zoning codes, land use regulations, and environmental impact assessments.
- Familiarity with New York City's planning processes and regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
