Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily rail operations and maintenance
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
- Manage and develop a team of railroad professionals
- Coordinate with customers and other departments
- Monitor and optimize operational efficiency
- Prepare reports on operational metrics and KPIs
- Collaborate with management on strategic planning
- Represent Midwest Rail Services at industry events and with regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in railroad operations or a related industry
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong understanding of railroad safety regulations and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and railroad-specific software
- Valid railroad conductor or engineer certification (preferred)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
