Tanggung Jawab
- Assess patient conditions and provide immediate, quality care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor patient progress and modify care plans as needed.
- Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
- Provide patient and family education.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment.
- Demonstrate professionalism and compassion in all patient interactions.
Kualifikasi
- Current California RN license.
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications.
- One year of recent emergency department experience preferred.
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to patient-centered care.
- Proficient in English; bi-lingual skills a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; BSN preferred.
