Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate event logistics, including setup, tear-down, and vendor management.
- Collaborate with race teams, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure event success.
- Oversee event staff and volunteers, providing guidance and support.
- Manage event budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
- Assist in the planning and execution of promotional activities and events.
- Monitor event progress and address any issues that arise.
- Prepare post-event reports and analyze event performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in event coordination, preferably in motorsports or a related industry.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
- Passion for motorsports and a strong understanding of the industry.
