Tanggung Jawab
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor patients' health and report changes to registered nurses or physicians.
- Perform basic clinical procedures such as dressing changes, wound care, and IV therapy.
- Assist patients with daily living activities and provide emotional support.
- Document patient care and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop care plans.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff.
- Attend in-service training and educational programs to maintain and enhance clinical skills.
Kualifikasi
- Current California LVN license.
- Graduation from an accredited LVN program.
- Current BLS certification.
- One year of clinical experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
